
Job Description:
The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s bar outlets. This role ensures high standards of service, product quality, and guest satisfaction while maintaining profitability. The Bar Manager leads, trains, and motivates the bar team to deliver excellent guest experiences in line with luxury hotel standards
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and manage daily bar operations
· Ensure consistent quality of beverages and service
· Train, schedule, and develop bar staff
· Monitor inventory, cost control, and ordering of beverages and supplies
· Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
· Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to implement promotions and achieve revenue targets
Qualifications:
· Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant
· Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverages
· Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
· Ability to manage costs and drive revenue
· Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
