
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations at The Trans Luxury Hotel Surabaya. The DOFB will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing revenue, and maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and hygiene across all restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver excellent service
• Develop and implement F&B strategies to achieve financial goals
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and other department heads
• Plan and manage special events, banquets, and promotions
• Monitor costs, control inventory, and manage budgets effectively
• Maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Food & Beverage leadership, preferably in a 5-star hotel
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
