- Strong background in hotel sales and marketing (local and international markets)

- Excellent presentation, networking, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and online platform
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
- Develop and implement annual Sales & Marketing plans
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and key partnerships
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and key accounts
- Drive hotel revenue through MICE, leisure, corporate, and group segment
Marketing & Promotion:
- Lead branding, advertising, and promotional activities
- Oversee online marketing, social media, website, and content strategy
- Ensure consistent hotel image across all platforms and materials
- Coordinate PR events, partnerships, and media engagement
Revenue & Target Management:
- Work closely with Revenue and Reservations teams to optimize pricing and inventory
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis regularly
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and business reviews for GM
Team Management & Training:
- Recruit, train, and mentor Sales & Marketing team members
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and conduct appraisals
- Promote cross-training and multi-skilling within the team
- Foster a high-performance, target-driven culture
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure service excellence
- Represent hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Work with other departments to align goals and support business needs
General Responsibilities:
- Represent Sales & Marketing on the Executive Committee
- Collaborate with hotel departments for promotions and campaigns
- Attend and lead regular team meetings
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and company policies
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Ensure all activities support the hotel’s strategic goals
