- Job Summary As the Door Greeter, you are the first impression of The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung. You will warmly welcome all guests with sincerity and elegance, ensuring each arrival and departure is greeted with hospitality that reflects our luxury standards. Your presence sets the tone for the guest’s entire experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with a warm, sincere, and professional welcome
- Open doors and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, promotions, and directions
- Coordinate closely with Concierge, Front Office, and Bell Service for guest assistance
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the entrance area
- Ensure a smooth and elegant arrival/departure experience
- Offer assistance with luggage or transportation when necessary
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to their requests
- Represent the brand with a polished appearance and excellent communication
- Handle guest queries or refer them to the appropriate team member Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a front-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance, grooming, and demeanor
- Friendly, warm, and engaging personality
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Basic English communication skills; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences
