Job Description:

The Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing luxury events at The Trans Hotel. This includes managing client inquiries, creating event proposals, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring seamless delivery of weddings, meetings, and special occasions. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high standards of service that reflect the hotel’s luxury brand

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all event inquiries and build strong relationships with clients

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all event details from start to finish

• Work closely with F&B, Banquet, Rooms, and other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Prepare proposals, contracts, and budgets for events

• Supervise event setup and execution to meet client expectations

• Ensure events reflect the luxury standards of The Trans Hotel

• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event management, preferably in luxury hotels

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
