Job summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our luxury dining venue at The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung.
This role requires a results-driven leader with exceptional service standards, operational expertise, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction:
- Lead, train, and supervise the restaurant team to deliver luxury service aligned with the brand standards
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and motivation to ensure a productive and positive work environment
- Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure smooth coordination and high-quality offerings Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and continuously improve service delivery
- Maintain cost controls, monitor inventory, and oversee purchasing in line with budget guidelines Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, guest loyalty, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Events team for restaurant promotions and special events
- Prepare reports and provide insights to F&B management on financial and operational performance
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel restaurant
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- High attention to detail and strong guest service orientation
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, wine, and fine dining etiquette
- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and during hotel peak periods
