
The Role
As General Manager, you will:
• Spearhead all pre-opening activities, from recruitment and training to brand positioning and operational readiness.
• Build and inspire a strong team culture aligned with the brand’s vision of Indonesian luxury with global standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, with a strong focus on being guest-oriented and hands-on in daily operations.
• Drive commercial success through innovative sales, marketing, and revenue strategies.
• Foster excellent relationships with owners and key stakeholders while upholding international service standards.
Requirements
• Proven track record as General Manager / Executive Committee Leader in 5-star international hotels.
• Extensive pre-opening and operational leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance guest satisfaction, brand reputation, and profitability.
• Inspirational leadership style, with the ability to recruit, train, and empower multicultural teams.
• A guest-oriented approach with the flexibility to be hands-on in operations when needed.
• Deep understanding of luxury positioning, guest engagement, and international best practices.
