- Job Summary As a Guest Relation Officer at The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung, you will be the face of our hotel and play a key role in delivering a warm, personalized, and memorable experience to our guests. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with inquiries, handling special requests, and ensuring that every guest feels valued and well taken care of throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at check-out
- Provide personalized service to VIPs, repeat guests, and guests with special needs
- Anticipate and respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled
- Handle complaints or service recovery cases in a professional and empathetic manner
- Maintain guest profiles and preferences to enhance personalized experiences
- Assist in promoting hotel facilities, events, and services to guests
- Ensure the lobby area and guest contact areas are always presentable and welcoming
- Maintain knowledge of hotel information, local attractions, and transportation options
- Support the Front Office operations as needed Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in guest service, front office, or similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and confident, service-oriented attitude
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus)
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
