- Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure our luxury standards are consistently met. This role plays a key part in delivering an immaculate, elegant, and comfortable environment for all guests of The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping team members to ensure high performance and service excellence Assist in preparing staff schedules and manage daily assignments efficiently Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues related to housekeeping service Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Engineering, etc.) for room readiness and maintenance issues Maintain housekeeping inventory and ensure proper use of equipment and cleaning supplies Uphold hygiene, safety, and hotel policies at all times Conduct regular briefings and performance evaluations for housekeeping staff Report and follow up on any lost and found items Support implementation of sustainable housekeeping practices where applicable
- Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel Strong leadership and communication skills High attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and equipment Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus Familiar with housekeeping management systems and reporting tools
