Job Description:

The Learning & Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all team members deliver consistent five-star service in line with The Trans Hotel’s luxury standards. This role designs and implements training programs, monitors service quality, and supports department heads in maintaining guest satisfaction. The position combines people development with quality assurance to create a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and deliver training programs for all levels of staff.

• Monitor and evaluate service quality through audits, inspections, and guest feedback.

• Work closely with department leaders to identify training needs and service improvements.

• Ensure brand standards and luxury service guidelines are consistently followed.

• Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance.

• Prepare reports on training effectiveness and quality results.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong background in hospitality training or quality assurance (luxury hotel experience preferred).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Passion for people development and guest satisfaction.

• Detail-oriented with high standards for service quality.
