
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Communication Manager to lead all communication and promotional activities for The Trans Luxury Hotel Surabaya. This role is responsible for building the hotel’s brand image, managing media relations, and creating impactful marketing campaigns that attract guests and enhance the hotel’s reputation
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing communication plans to support hotel promotions, events, and campaigns
• Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing activities
• Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and business partners
• Prepare press releases, newsletters, and other promotional materials
• Ensure brand consistency in all communications and promotional activities
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports and improvement ideas
• Coordinate photo shoots, branding materials, and advertising
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing/PR, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends
