
Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant. This role ensures excellent guest service, smooth coordination between staff, and high-quality food and beverage standards. The Restaurant Manager also oversees staff scheduling, training, and performance, while monitoring costs and revenues to achieve departmental goals
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage all restaurant operations
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Work closely with the kitchen and other hotel departments for smooth operations
• Control operating costs while maximizing revenue and profitability
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Excellent knowledge of food & beverage operations
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
