- Job Summary The Sales Admin provides essential administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team to ensure smooth daily operations, efficient data management, and excellent client coordination. This role is key in maintaining organized communication, preparing sales documentation, and assisting in tracking sales activities and performance.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and other necessary sales documents
- Assist in maintaining updated client databases, records, and filing systems
- Handle correspondence with clients and respond to basic inquiries
- Coordinate internal communication between sales and other departments
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials
- Support sales team in organizing site inspections, client meetings, and events
- Monitor and update sales tracking systems and daily productivity reports
- Ensure timely follow-up on client requests and pending tasks
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Sales or Sales Manager
- Requirements
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role is preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and customer service-oriented
- Familiarity with hotel sales operations is an advantage
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with basic English proficiency
