- Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to join our team at ASTON Tanjungpinang. This role is responsible for generating revenue by developing new business, maintaining existing clients, and actively promoting the hotel’s rooms, meeting packages, and other services.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across corporate, government, travel agent, and event segments
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular sales calls, visits, and presentations to potential clients
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and follow-up correspondence
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager
- Represent the hotel in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Work closely with other departments to ensure client requirements are fulfilled efficiently
- Provide timely market feedback and competitor analysis
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM or tracking tools
- Uphold the professional image and brand standards of ASTON Hotels
- Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the Tanjungpinang and surrounding markets is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
- Positive attitude, energetic, and committed to delivering results
