- Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Aston Tanjung Pinang. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through proactive sales efforts, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting the hotel’s facilities and services to meet and exceed business targets.




- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities across corporate, government, travel agents, and MICE segments
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, and hotel site inspections
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate terms in line with company standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and guest needs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Uphold brand standards and deliver service excellence in every interaction Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong network and knowledge of the local market (Tanjung Pinang and surrounding areas) is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales CRM tools
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required
