- Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Manager – Jakarta Sales Office to represent Aston Tanjung Pinang in the Jakarta market. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, generating new leads, and increasing sales revenue from the Jakarta area.
- Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and represent Aston Tanjung Pinang to potential clients and partners in Jakarta and surrounding areas
- Identify new business opportunities, develop corporate accounts, and grow the leisure and MICE segments
- Maintain regular communication with the hotel’s sales team to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies
- Prepare and conduct effective sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to clients
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the hotel’s overall revenue goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new strategies or market needs
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to build brand awareness and leads
- Manage account database and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and action plans
- Ensure excellent client servicing before, during, and after the event or stay
- Uphold the brand’s service standards and represent the hotel professionally
- Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably with Jakarta market exposure
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining strong client networks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality market and corporate travel trends in Jakarta
- Able to work independently and travel occasionally to the hotel as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales-related software
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
