
Job Description:
The Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests, employees, and property within the hotel. This role leads the security team, manages daily operations, and implements policies to maintain a safe and secure environment in line with luxury hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the security team, schedules, and daily operations
• Monitor hotel premises, CCTV, and access points to prevent incidents
• Ensure guest and staff safety by enforcing security policies and emergency procedures
• Coordinate with local authorities when required
• Train and develop the security team on safety protocols and customer service
• Investigate and report security incidents or accidents
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies, legal requirements, and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security management, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations, emergency response, and crisis management
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
• Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude
