Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Spa & Wellness department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and achieving financial goals. Leads the spa team with a focus on professionalism, hospitality, and wellness excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, fitness, and wellness facilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate the spa team to deliver outstanding service

• Develop and implement spa treatments, wellness programs, and promotions

• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback effectively

• Control costs, manage inventory, and maximize revenue

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards

• Build strong relationships with guests, members, and hotel departments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in spa or wellness management, preferably in luxury hospitality

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and guest service standards

• Ability to manage budgets and achieve revenue targets
