The Lounge Manager will lead and oversee the daily operations of The Lounge at The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, a luxurious guest experience, and smooth team coordination.
This role requires a combination of strong leadership, refined service skills, and a passion for excellence in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of The Lounge, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction:
- Maintain high standards of service, ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation
- Lead, train, and motivate the lounge team to consistently exceed guest expectations
- Develop and maintain service procedures, SOPs, and guest interaction standards
- Handle guest feedback and complaints in a prompt, professional, and effective manner
- Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to deliver high-quality offerings and promotions
- Monitor inventory and manage requisitions to ensure cost control without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions within The Lounge
- Monitor and evaluate service quality through guest feedback and team performance reviews
- Provide reports to F&B Management regarding performance, issues, and improvements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a luxury lounge, bar, or high-end F&B outlet:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities
- High attention to detail and a passion for hospitality excellence
- Solid knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written)
- Familiar with POS systems and Microsoft Office
